PayPal Troubleshooting
1.1 Why I am not being re-directed to the PayPal payment page?

There might be an error with your browser’s PayPal cookies. To fix this, try deleting your cookies.

1.2 Why is PayPal not accepting my credit card?

Please double-check the credit card details you have inputted in the PayPal payment page. If you have already ensured that all your details are correct, there is a possibility that you currently own a PayPal account and that it is already linked to your credit card. If that is the case, you can either log into your PayPal account and proceed with payment or use another credit card to complete the purchase instead.

1.3 Why am I unable to find a “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payment under certain circumstances. This could be due to your geographical location, or the ownership of a PayPal account. You could try to circumvent this problem by deleting your cookies.

Buyers can pay securely by credit card directly. Please note that DoogeePhones.com does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment.

Common reasons for declined payments

1). Your card reached its limit:

Check your credit limit.

Check the maximum amount your card can be charged at a single time.

Check how many times your card can be charged in a given time period.

Check to see if your card allows online transactions.

Ask your credit card company whether they allow automated billing, or whether they can occasionally call to verify a charge.

Make sure that your card can accept international charges.

2). Your credit card information was incorrect

Review the expiration date on your credit card.

Check that the credit card number is correct and up-to-date.

Does the telephone number and billing address you gave for your credit card match those that your credit card company has?

  1. How can I track my orders?

After the order is processed, we will notify you that orders have been shipped. Please be noted that we DO NOT offer cash on delivery.

  1. How long will take for my order to be delivered?

We will ship within 72 hours you place your order, it will ship from HongKong, it may take longer time if the item you bought is out of stock.

Please note: The US shipping will delay within 10-12 days due to the coronavirus, and the US local logistic service delayed. Please take care of yourself and be safe.

The shipping time consists of two sections :

Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.

Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses.

In most cases, we use DHL/UPS/ and China post to ship all the packages.
